Almost Heaven Classic

Mountaineer Media’s flagship event, the Almost Heaven Classic will take place on June 9th and 10th of 2023. Join approximately 250+ passionate West Virginians at the Canaan Valley Resort Conference Center for an evening of professional networking, a live on-stage podcast with Marshall University President Brad D. Smith, heavy hors d’oeuvres, WV craft beer and more. This is a great opportunity for those looking to make high level connections with other influential and impactful West Virginians.
You do not need to golf on Saturday June 10th to attend this portion of the AHC.
As for Saturday June 10th, we truly hope to make the #AlmostHeavenClassic one of the best amateur golf tournaments in West Virginia! Here is what you can expect:
4-Person Scramble Format, $500 per team entry
Registration and pre-tournament ceremony starts at 8:00AM
Scramble will start approximately at 10:00AM
Long Drive Contest – Winner receives Taylormade Stealth Driver
Closet to the Pin – Prize TBD
Putting Contest – Winner receives custom WV themed Scotty Cameron Putter
$10,000 Hole-in-One Challenge
