About

The Huntington Area Development Council (HADCO) is a regional non-profit  economic development organization based in Huntington, West Virginia.  HADCO is led by a board consisting of a majority of private sector business leaders along with other dedicated community leadership dedicated to the economic growth of the communities located in Cabell and Wayne Counties in West Virginia.  HADCO works to attract to new employers to the area and is also committed to business retention and the expansion of our existing business base.  The overall mission of HADCO is to enhance the area business climate, facilitate continued growth of the area, diversify the local economy, expand the tax base and enhance the employment opportunities for area residents, thereby improving the overall standard of living for all citizens of both Cabell and Wayne County.
