The West Virginia Community & Technical College System (CTCS) coordinates community and technical colleges statewide, partnering with businesses to meet workforce needs and ensuring a meaningful education for our students. Community and technical colleges are an opportunity for West Virginians to get a college education for a reasonable price with on-the-job training in a variety of fields. Our office offers grants and programs – such as Learn & Earn – that link companies with colleges. Whether it’s customized training, skill enhancements, certificate or associate degree programs, if a company needs education or training to get the right workforce – West Virginia’s community and technical colleges are prepared to deliver.
