This is your opportunity to answer your questions and plan a path forward. Join us as we discuss the most common business structures and the important questions you need to ask yourself before choosing the best one for your business. Come learn and interact with us on November 6 at the Brooke County Library from 6:00-8:00 pm. 6:00pm: Sign-in and Networking. 6:30pm: Workshop Begins. Daniel J. Guida practices law at the Guida Law Offices, PLLC, in Weirton. He is a graduate of Weir High (1980), Franciscan University of Steubenville (1984), and the West Virginia University College of Law (1987). He is licensed to practice law in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Mr. Guida was the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Weirton from July 1995 to July 2003. Mr. Guida has been counsel for the Weirton Area Water Board and the Weirton Sanitary Board since 2003. Since 2005, Mr. Guida has served on the West Virginia Probable Cause Review Board, a state agency that hears ethics complaints against public officials. Mr. Guida has vast experience in commercial transactions, including the selling and purchasing of businesses and real estate, creating, dissolving, and merging business entities, corporate reorganizations, real estate transactions, and title examinations. Mr. Guida has been involved in many multi-million real estate and business transactions during his career. He is also a licensed title insurance agent in West Virginia and Ohio. The in-person training is held in the River Room at the Brooke County Library and Visitor Center. Registrants also have the option of participating virtually. Details for online participation will be emailed to registrants.
