FreeThis seminar was developed to help small business owners understand common mistakes most business owners go through: Failing to collect and analyze basic financial data. Many entrepreneurs run their companies without any kind of financial planning. Most business owners ignore their companies’ financial statements as part of the managerial planning process: “That’s why I have an accountant”. Financial planning is essential to running a successful business and is not that difficult. This seminar helps to understand the basics, what they should be looking for to help them grow and succeed.
