Many entrepreneurs run their companies without any kind of financial planning. Most business owners ignore their companies’ financial statements as part of the managerial planning process: “That’s why I have an accountant”. Financial planning is essential to running a successful business and is not that difficult. This seminar helps to understand the basics, what they should be looking for to help them grow and succeed.
