West Virginia Future Business Leaders of America, WV FBLA is a co-curricular student organization that is implemented in Business, Marketing, Finance, and Arts/AV Career clusters in High Schools and Career Technical Centers in the state of West Virginia and is part of the national organization FBLA. The West Virginia Chapter is part of the National Organization FBLA, Inc.  Future Business Leader of America is the largest business Career and Technical Student Organization in the world. Each year, FBLA helps over 230,000 members prepare for careers in business. FBLA inspires and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.

FBLA Middle School introduces middle and junior high school students to the world of business. They can explore careers and delve into business principles with real-world activities. FBLA High School students prepare for college and careers in business through academic competitions, leadership development, and educational programs.

FBLA competitive events recognize and reward excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. They also prepare students for successful careers in business by providing opportunities to apply classroom concepts in a workforce-simulated competitive environment and receive feedback from business professionals.
